Part
42
Meera
woke up early and found Hamad still asleep beside her, she stayed still for a
moment looking at him fantasizing. When she saw him all the emotions flew out
of her body and she couldn't control them any longer. After staring at him she
jumped in the shower to get her day ready.
Her
nephew rashoodi has been waiting for this day. She was going to book the
tickets early then take her nephews to watch the movie in the cinema.
Rashoodi calling...
Rashoodi: 5alooooooo
She had him on speaker
Hamad: latza3ej
He said dragging his feet against the marble floor
Rashoodi: 5ali HAMAD
he screamed even louder
Meera: how are you my baby?
Rahsoodi: B5air, sh7alch 5alooooooo?
Meera: I'm good as long as you are
Rashoodi: 7jazti
Straight to the point
Meera: I'm doing it now sweetie
Rahsoodi: aha
She just laughed at her nephew
Hamad: O ana ma3zoom? Wila nsaitni ya rashood
Rahsoodi: 5alooooooo la tensain 5ali hamad
Meera just laughed at her nephew
They chatted a little longer then hung up
Hamad: kiddo has been waiting for this day
...
Her older sister has dropped off her kids total of three along with the eldest rashood. She was gathering her stuff when all of the three kids where playing at in the living room with Hamad and Sarah in her room.
Meera:
come on we need to get going before the
movie starts
All three kids: yaaaaay
Running toward the door out the house
Hamad:
is Sara coming?
Meera: yes, she apparently has a date that is not a date
He
raised an eyebrow not understanding what she meant by that
Meera:
she likes this guy and he is going to be there with his friends
Sarah: is this ok?
She said walking into the leaving room with the 4th dress that she tried on
Meera: yes it's ok
Sarah: you're not sure, I have to look perfect he is going to be there
Going back in her room, Meera rushed to her
Meera: sweetie, you look pretty, the best between all the four that you tried on
Sarah: you just want me to rush
Hamad walked in
Hamad: I like this, better than the others
Meera noticed Sarah's face changing, she finally decide to put on her shoes and grab her purse and out the door she went
Meera:
why it is that she listens to you?
Hamad: I have a gift
They both walked out and joined the kids to catch their movie.
...
In the cinema hall
Hamad was walking right beside Meera with the kids in front of them
Hamad: where is Sarah?
Meera: she found the guy she likes
She gave the tickets to the worker and directed the kids to their seats. They all ran to their seats leaving two empty seats beside each other. Both
Hamad
and Meera looked at each other
Hamad: after you
She took her seat and helped the kids get settled in. The kids were so excited that they had their eyes stuck on the screen although it was just the trailers playing on screen. It made her giggle at their silliness.
Hamad: they seem too excited for this
Meera:
it all started because I showed them the first transformers movie
Hamad: so you are to blame for this
The movie started at it caught everyone's attentions by its loud music and hard core graphics, except for Meera. Her stuffed emails kept her from watching the movie. With her phone in her hands and her fingers typing away, Hamad gave her a nudge
Hamad:
your suppose to be watching the movie
Meera: no talking in the cinema
People seating at the back seats shushed them. He nudged her again. While she was putting phone back in her purse it was his phone that buzzed indicating a email. That was when the people shushed them again. To not make a bigger scene she got closer to him stuck her shoulder to his then turned her head to him and said
Meera: I thought you were suppose to be watching the movie
He
only turned his head an inch sideways then were face to face. He gave her a
smile sending electricity down her spine. She
smiled back turned her head back to the screen but not moving away. She leaned on his shoulder as they watching
the movie.
Hamad
never knew he could test his patience for this long. What made it even
impossible to apprehend is that she was so close and he just sat there in
silence. It drove him insane how little he could do about it.
