Shamma stood up and was about to leave. She started walking when 3abdl3azeez gabbed her from her hand to make her stop moving.

Shamma: LET ME GO!!!

He just ignored what she was saying and pulled her towards him and held her in a very tight hug. He wrapped his arms around her. they stayed in that position for what seemed like a very long time. The thought of shamma getting hurt, scared 3abdl3azeez a lot. He didn’t want to think about it. Shamma on the other hand stayed frozen in her spot not knowing what to do. 

3abdl3azeez whispered in her ear

3abdl3azeez: don’t do that to me again

7amdan was heading out to buy some smokes when he saw the 2 of them hugging. He stayed awhile looking at him but then left.

A few weeks later…

Shamma was in her bed which was the same for the past weeks. She would lay down every morning thinking of 3abdl3azeez and that hug they had. She would dream about it. She got up from bed got ready and went to uni. she thought everything was going fine until the professor called her over.

Prof: shamma can I have a word with you

Shamma: yes professor

Prof: is there something going on?

Shamma: no professor why is there something wrong?

Prof: I talked to your other professors they told me the same thing, you have 

been getting below average marks in all your classes

Shamma: what?

Prof: they also told me that you seem distracted, you already failed one test, and now this, you know that this school doesn’t interact with students who 

slack off

Shamma: yeah im sry

Prof: im the one who should be sorry, we discussed this over, because you are in a scholarship so they take this very seriooulsy, your scholarship has been canceled

Shamma: what?

Prof: you are not a scholarship student any more

Shamma: professor, I promise I will do better

Prof: im sorry but we made up our mind

Shamma was devastated she walked back to the apartment with tears in her eyes. This cant be happening to her. she studied a lot she just missed her family a lot and was under a lot of stress. She was never a slacker. She always did as she was told and did her best. She was so under stress that she panicked if she can handle it all. She ran into 3abdl3azeez on her way.

3abdl3azeez: hey

Shamma: hey-

Before she knew she started to cry. She didn’t know what else to do. The pressure was getting to her, she hasn’t seen her family for months now and she missed them. She has never been this far away from her parents.

3abdl3azeez: shamma balach?

Shamma just let the tears slide down her cheecks she tried whipping them but here was no use. The tears found their way. 3abdl3azeez was supprised to see her crying she always gave a astrong front and didn’t let anyone know that she was weak. She held her hand and took her to his apartment.

3abdl3azeez: shamma whats wrong?

Shamma: the scholarship, they canceled it

3abdl3azeez: what?

Shamma: the uni says that im not a scholarship student anymore

3abdl3azeez knew how this scholarship was really important to her. so her just hugged her and told her that everything was going to be alright. Shamma talked to 3abdl3azeez for awhile then she decided to go back to the apartment.

3abdl3azeez: hey everything is going to be alright, ok don’t you worry

Shamma wanted to belive him she wanted everything to be alright. She didn’t want to disappoint her parents by failing. She promised to work hard and she broke her promise.
