PART 36
Fahad: did you think for one second that I gave it to
because I like you
Arwa: what?
Fahad: you heard
Arwa: im sorry but I have to go (she picked up her stuff and
left)
She left without saying anything to fahad. She just got up
and walked to the door.
Fahad: awa, ARWA!! WAIT
Fahad got up and ran after her
Arwa: is this a joke to you?
Fahad: I told you that I like you and you think that im
joking?
Arwa: all the times we spent at eachother’s throat and now
you say you like me? Is this a mind game?
Fahad: are you even listening to yourself. I like you, I
don’t see you as a sister or a friends I see you as someone I can spent my life
with and love and couple up with
Arwa: lets for one second pretent that this is real ok, you
like me what if suddenly you change your mind and you don’t feel the same way
anymore, then what? where does that leave me? People change their minds a lot,
it could happen
Arwa was coming from somewhere, she has seen these girls at
her school break up with their boyfriends and remains miserable. She didn’t
want to be that type of girl. Mahra and her would avoid these situations and
not risk their reputation over something stupid as boyfriends. She wa being a
reaslist.
Fahad: if that would happen I would have changed my mind 5
years ago
After hearing that arwa looked down and turned red. She
never expected him to say that. Hell she never expected for this to ever happen
in the first place.
Fahad: choofeenii (he looked deep into her eyes) kaan 3ndii
wayid wakt a’3ayer rayii bs maremt afaker fi shay ‘3airch
...
She sat there engrossed in the leacture while trying to come
up with a story for her new assignment.
Reem: I want you guys to write a science fiction you could
add a couple in their but do not, and I reapeat DO NOT focus on the coupe
but focus on the story itself
The pupils started to walk towards the room when mahra
approached reem uncertain of the new assignment. Mahra’s problem was thinking
of a plot. She wrote from experience not imaginatiom. And reem knew this. You
cant blame a girl for getting revenge for her ex or can you?
Mahra: professor, I cant think of a plot for this assignment
Reem: ohh ‘that is not a first’ I was planning on making
this the coursework of this course. A whole story, like a short novel
Mahra: I just cant come up with a plan
Reem: you did a great job last time you can do it again im
certain
Mahra: I really hope so…
Back in arwa’s apartment
Arwa went back home with fahad’s last words still ringing in
her head again and again.
Flashback
Fahad: laish sakta?
Arwa: fahad, ma3arf sho agool
Fahad: mabaach tetla3wzain mn eli glth, bs 3a6eenii fr9a
Arwa: fahad-
Fahad: don’t decide now, take all the you need, and when
your ready ill be waiting for you
He got closer to her and kissed her foehead. And with that
he left. He left her confused. He left her with answers that she didn’t know
what to do with or how to deal with. she spent all the night thinking about it
and couldn’t sleep.
Arwa’s point of view:
What is the harm in giving him a second chance? He seemed like
he changed. I just don’t know what to do in these situations.
…
Arwa isn’t that type of girl that would go out with any guy that asks her out. She didn’t know what to think or how to deal with it all. She
was scared to just give him a chance because deep down she might actually fall
for him. She thought about living 10 years from now and wondering what would
hapeen if she said yes. If she gave fahad a chance. You wouldn’t know until you
try right.
Suddenly she reached out for her phone and started texting
To fahad:
You wanted a reply, here is one. Meet me at x
restaurant on Friday at 7
She waited
impatiently for a reply. She didn’t care if it was too late. It was already 2
pass midnight. She wanted a reply right away. She didn’t care what fahad might
think of her. 5 long minuted later she heard her phone ring
From fahad:
You wont regret
it :)
